Dear Friends,

This is the first time HCA Vanadzor presents the annual report of its activities. It became possible due to the support of our strategic partner: Interchurch Peace Council, Netherlands.

The organizations of HCA South Caucasus participate in the project within the framework of which the annual report was published. The project is called “Capacity Building Program”.

We present our activities so that the reader can have a thorough picture of our activities. During all the activities of our organization the role of International Advisers was great. They supported HCA network to implement projects more effectively. We are grateful to Pascal Bokkers, Siegfried Wöber and Shannon McNary.

This report includes successes, incomplete activities, in the direction of which we continue to work. There are problems in Vanadzor, Lori region, Republic of Armenia, South Caucasus which are still on our agenda.

Usually reports aim at publicizing the activities of the organization. We expect that presentation of our report will promote the development of our cooperation with beneficiaries and our partners. Therefore, we welcome remarks and suggestions, both on the contents and on our activities in general.
